Product Representation & Colour Accuracy

We strive to present our products as accurately as possible through detailed photography and descriptions. However, slight variations in colour, texture, or appearance may occur due to:

  • Studio lighting and photography
  • Screen resolution and display settings
  • Natural characteristics of fabrics and dyes

Such variations are considered normal and are not treated as product defects. If you have any concerns regarding colour or fabric before placing your order, our team will be happy to assist you.


Fabric & Product Disclaimer

Most of our offerings are premium suit fabrics / dress materials, and the final stitched appearance may vary depending on tailoring and styling.

Minor variations in weaving, embroidery placement, or dye may occur due to the handcrafted nature of certain fabrics. These characteristics reflect the authenticity of the textile and are not defects.


Washing & Care Instructions

To maintain the beauty and longevity of the fabric Dry clean is recommended.


Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed, our team may contact you (if required) to confirm order details, fabric specifications, or delivery information to ensure accuracy and avoid any confusion.

Orders are processed only after confirmation and successful payment.


Shipping & Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Courier service availability
  • Customs clearance (for international orders)

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, unforeseen logistical delays may occasionally occur.


Returns / Exchanges / Refunds

Due to the nature of fabric products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds, except under the following circumstances:

  1. The fabric received is damaged or torn.
  2. You receive an incorrect product.
  3. The order is not delivered due to a shipping error from our end.

In such cases, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the issue.

Once verified by our team, we will arrange a suitable resolution.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations will not be possible.
